I observed the life of AJ Grantaire carefully. I can still hear the words of this book clacking as the typewriter wrote the letters painfully slow. There was love but there was death. The perfect balance.
AJ Grantaire may have died thinking her life was just the life of another poor girl in France.
But I know that it was anything but that. Her life was extraordinary.

While Marie feels an instant connection with Enjolras her father sees nothing in him but a poor rebel and order her to stay away from him. She doesn't like hearing of fighting. She's the opposite of her sister Gabrielle. Gabrielle had her faults. She and Cosette had both had traumatic childhoods. Was she still getting over hers? Enjolras begins a revolution for the people. He wanted things to change for them. Why did he do it though? Courfeyrac was a young student revolutionary. He was in love though. (Under Rewrite) All Enjolras cared about was his revolution, his Patria. He had no time for women. Even if he did, he could never find one who he deemed worthy for his affection. It seems this Apollo will always remain of stone until the day he dies. That was until a certain woman started working at the Cafe Musain. Stubborn, annoying, and down right infuriating to the red coated revolutionary, Ninette seemed to shake him down to his core. Could his heart of stone be cracking? Louella became friends with a boy named courfeyrac and many others.
