Sonic Boom: Travels (Shadora) by Nyx_Wind

Life starts out exciting for a pink hedgehog by the name of Aurora when she sets out on her own for the first time at the age of 20. The only downside to this is an extremely over-protective dad (Sonic) who constantly worries about the most ridiculous things happening to you, and the mom (Amy Rose) always pushes to set you free when it's time. Everything changes for Aurora and a black hedgehog named Shadow when they crash into each other at Shadow Canyons. Aurora is in awe that she is with her longtime fantasy crush, and so is Shadow when he sees that he finally meets her again from his last trip through time. The two hedgehogs train each other for future challenges, until the death of Amy Rose occurs. Devastated, Aurora goes out to search for the Chaos Emeralds to save all the dimensions in existence (later figuring out she has to do more), figure out more about her powers, and to find Shadow's missing ex-girlfriend. They meet a sprite, a loyal wolf, a resistance, a young bat, a twist-hearted meerkat, and twin hedgehogs that share similarities with Shadow and Aurora. Throughout the journey, they all learn the power of teamwork, making Shadow feel unsure since what happened on Space Colony ARK and the last fiasco teaming up with Eggman. Shadow and Aurora get closer throughout the mission, but will they remain strong? Will they work together to accomplish the pink hedgehog's promise to her deceased BFF and mother? Why would Shadow team up with Aurora and their "friends"? Could it be to reach destiny, or true love? Who knows what'll happen next? What would Sonic think of all of this? So many questions. Characters belong to SEGA, and Sonic Team. Some inspiration goes to E-Vay, make sure to check out her art on tumblr, and some inspiration belongs to me.

Shadow struggles with his feelings for Amy knowing well she doesn't reciprocate. Her love for Sonic was indestructible. However one mission at Eggmans base changed all of their lives forever. Has TRAGIC events... that may or may not be solved don't want to spoil! I originally made the story as a short story which was the first chapter of this story however I soon decided to make it have its own book as it is hard to make this into only 2 parts! May have multiple endings. Mainly Shadamy but has SonAmy too. (I want to clarify I wrote this story and I had inspo from a comic I read in high school back then. So full credits to them for inspiring me. However I did this story entirely on my own with my writing style. I came up with the plots and characters' development. No hate or you will be blocked/muted.)

Who knew that this day could end up with a broken heart, and a mended one too? But with a fix, comes a flaw. Can Amy really stay away from Sonic and be with Shadow?
