The world seemed to slow down at that moment as everyone in the Shibuya crossing seemed to also notice the light. Their heads all turned slowly as they watched what appeared to look like fireworks through the sky.

Then...

It went dark.

Hanako Watanabe was a girl who on the outside looked fine, but internally she suffered through all the trauma from her past and let it catch up to her through the present day. When an odd occurrence happened where she is thrown into a dystopian world that looks like her own she must use her unwanted skills to make her way through survival, and possibly along the way make new friends and lovers to open her eyes to the world and its people.
