Imagine a world (or not, your decision) in which everyone is capable of magic. Now imagine this world is that of an ancient one, with enough mysteries to last forever.
They hear stories of ancient people who brought their followers to live somewhere peaceful for a change, but were taken by the kingdom that resides there still. Artificially frozen, the stories are but legends.
They were Tango, of flame, Gem, of Gust, Doc, of Soil, and Jevin, of Wave. Their whereabouts as of today are unknown, as they left their mark in languages long left behind. Only the most advanced scholars can dream of understanding them.
Then, there are prophecies, their exact wording lost to time. The titles of which are 'Lost Prince,'
'Survivor,' 'Stormstopper,' 'Sky Warrior,' and 'Savior.'
What this means, of course, is up to you.

Many people have secrets. Most of them were something... reasonable. Something that someone else can relate to, if you look deep enough. Xanthus was certain, however, that no one shared his secret. Not everyone was a complete freak. And hiding something as powerful as complete control over fire is not something that you find in your average highschooler. No one knew. No one could know. He didn't really fancy being tied to a machine as scientists experimented on him anyways. Xay was rather good at keeping secrets. Until he met Hels. Join the pair on a dangerous journey of secrets, disguises, lies, and discovering more about themselves than they ever knew before. Fire runs through their veins. There is the exaggerated thump of feet on the sand as if the owner of said feet had crashed harder than he intended. I hear the rasp of a sword drawn from an inventory and the clash of diamond sword on diamond sword, as well as Doc swearing. It's the one person I was both hoping to see and trying to avoid at all costs. My twin brother... Xisuma Void. Welcome to that EX fanfiction that is coming straight at you from my strange brain. I got inspired by reading a ton of other books about EX. EX in this fanfic is a born female and straight. Just to make it clear. If there's anything else I need to explain, then hit me in the comments or hermittpad discord. Don't do it literally though, I'm begging you. TWs: Blood, gore, bad depression, and strong angst. If these need to be updated, let me know. I'm not good at identifying triggers. Desolate Kingdom
A long, long time ago, there were two kingdoms. One soared high above the world, resting among the soft, endless clouds. The Kingdom of the Clouds was a place of gentle hearts and kind smiles, where laughter floated as easily as the morning breeze. Far below, hidden in fire and stone, lay another kingdom. Born of magma and hellfire, its name has long since been forgotten-some say it was never truly known. This kingdom was a mirror darkly cast. Where the people of the clouds offered warmth and love, those below carried anger, bitterness, and strife. The two kingdoms clashed again and again, like lightning striking the earth. Their battles echoed through the ages, for neither trusted the other. But one day, a knight of the clouds-brave and true-chose a different path. Instead of lifting his sword, he descended from the skies, seeking words instead of war. He went to speak with the kingdom born of fire, daring to hope that peace might bloom where none believed it could.

everyone is doing it, and I also have a lot of ideas in my head. I'll try to write about everyone, but probably will stick to a few hermits since they are probably who I have the most ideas about. there will be no ships at all, everything is platonic and just some good old friends.
