The short story is about Xiao and Aether if you can't tell but with a twist.
Aether is now terrified of thunderstorms because of what happened in Inazuma when he fought the Raiden Shogun.
Because of this... he now has an awful, lightning scar on his shoulder and all down his back. He fears lightning and thunder whenever a storm approaches.
But this time, he was with Xiao, who didn't know about it. So, what's Xiao going to do when he notices Aether cowering from the storm that was forming, is he going to help him? Or leave him by himself?

Finished! The art on the cover is of my creation, please do not use it. "He would do anything what's in his power to protect traveler, even if it meant to forbid himself to see him, touch him, feel him. Aether returns to Liyue after his trip to Inazuma to take a rest from his adventures. A lot of things happened there, including his fight with Raiden Shogun, which left a big scar, so after fighting a God, traveler decides to take a break from his journey and stay alone in Wangshu Inn. However, the same night he arrives he meets a certain Yaksha and his plan to put his mind at ease ruins immediately. This is a BL fanfic about Xiao and Aether. I do not own any of the mentioned in the fanfic characters. The story is not finished yet, however, I try to update it every 2-3 days.Complete

But for Aether, that person just a normal hero guy. Since that, Lumine fell in love at the first sight. Lumine becomes change even to her brother, then it makes Aether suspicious of Lumine. Why Lumine like that? Is it because she fell something to that ginger-colored hair guy? Or is it because she just wants to change?
