Per aspera ad astra

One is not born with evil in their veins, and one is not destined to such a future either. It is what they choose to do with what they have, or don't have, that decides their path.

At least, that was what young Albus Dumbledore righteously believed in, what he encouraged his students to believe in. And yet, there was one pair of awfully young eyes that sent him shivers down his spine, one pair of icy blue eyes that held such malevolence that made Dumbledore doubt.

It'd been 11 years since he last heard of the owner of those sinister blue eyes.

He never thought he'd see them again, and yet, there he was..

In the same room he stood 54 years ago, staring at another young pair of eyes. Brown eyes that held such power beyond comprehension, albus still had a long way to go before he could decide whether it was light or darkness what lies behind those eyes.
