After season 4 Will has been sent out of the country to Japan to be cared for at a mental hospital in Yokahoma. After meeting an odd doctor and a couple months of a rigorous healing process he is finally released from the hospital. His doctor takes him in and unofficially adopts Will to be his son. After many years Will has reached the highest ranking in his career thanks to his adoptive father and mentor. But what if people from his past start to look for him, what if certain people are trying to get back the 'Will' they once knew, only to find him as someone else entirely.

As far as I know this is an original au, but it was inspired by a different au. That au was created by Miles on YouTube. Their video is on the first part for you all to watch if you like.
