Hardly Surviving (Based on A True Story)

Kathleen Watson has never had it easy growing up. Her parents divorced at the ripe age of 7; her absent father leaving her stuck with her mom, who was suffering from untreated depression. She was house hopping as a child, never knowing where she'd rest her head at night until the age of 11. When she finally decided she'd take a leap of faith by moving in with her dad, his new family and to try to gain traction in a new town to start a new life, she's met with even harder obstacles than you can imagine.

Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it and more.
