Tommy meet's a mute 17-year-old girl who is roommates with Wilbur, but little dose Wilbur or Tommy know is that her older brother is no other than Dream himself. Reader's name will be Willow and she moved to the Uk because her and her brother got into a fight about the fact that Willow kept getting into trouble at school and hanging out with the wrong people.
