It's the year 1888, Whitechapel district of London is being terrorised by a series of gruesome murders committed by an unidentified serial killer known as Jack the Ripper. And police and vigilante committees can't identify or catch the killer. During the crisis, an individual from East End Observer decides to take the matter into his own hand.
