When the world went to hell it didn't make much difference to y/n's life. She was alone before everything and she was alone now.
When everything started she avoided people. It was easier on her own, or so she thought. In her eyes, people were no different than animals now and she wasn't going to risk getting killed just to have people by her side. That is, until she finds a small girl lost in the woods...
Learning the girl had lost her group, Y/n, for the first time in a long time, was willing to find people. To reunite the small girl with her family.
But when she does finally stumble across the group, which was slowly falling apart at the seams, she can't seem to leave them. Something in her decided to stay and help. That and a brunette woman...
NOTE: I LOVE Maggie and saw no x reader fics, so I decided, hey I'll write one. I will do a male reader one if requested! I also plan to make a carol one cuz she's a queeeen!

Story starts right after the incident at Hershel's barn but does not follow the story line of the show after that. The main character is a young woman named Nora who at first has developed feelings for Glenn after he was the one who helped get her out of the city. When she realizes she's held on to her feelings too long, she quickly starts to feel lost. Nora is somewhat of a trouble magnet but most of all she just wants to find her place in this new world. Along the way, she finds comfort in an unlikely person. (I do not own the original art for the cover) {I started this story back in December 2011 on Tumblr and although it didn't get the fan following that I had always hoped for, it did well in it's own way. It had loyal followers and I got comments on how much readers loved it. I thought I would try posting it on Wattpad to see what becomes of it. The story is completed on Tumblr and as I bring it over here, I'm also doing small rewrites to the story.
