When 16 year old Annie Wrod woke up finding herself in a moving Box, and not in her cozy bed where she fell asleep, she knew that something was wrong.
'"And your Gally," I said to eyebrow boy.
"Um, yeah," he said, looking at me suspiciously. God, I would look at them suspiciously too. I just said their name when normally Greenies wouldn't even remember their own name. I gotta keep this cool.
I was in the Maze Runner. Not in my bed, and this couldn't be a dream. Could it? It was too real, too real. But I couldn't wake up, I was stuck here.'

"Well, Greenie, welcome to the Glade." She didn't exactly remember how she got in that Box, but one thing is for certain: She doesn't know how to escape the Maze. When Rosalee wakes up, she doesn't remember who she is. In fact, the place she woke up in is full of other boys who's memories are also gone. They know someone had to have put them there for a reason. In fact, all she knows is that she is the only girl in the Glade, as they called it, trapped behind huge walls where they are infested with slimy Grievers. While Rosalee has to learn to adapt to her new home, she gets to know a certain British second-in-command named Newt. Soon after, she begins to fall for him. But when things begin to go awry in the Glade, can Rosalee confess her feelings to Newt before it's too late? Disclaimer: I do not own The Maze Runner or its characters. They belong to James Dashner. My heart was pounding, fear taking over my body, I stood up. I was in some sort of room - I think it was a room, if it was a room it was a small room, a very small room. then suddenly the room started to elevate. I fell to my knees, the room was going up so fast, I couldn't get back onto my feet. Where was I going? Was I gonna die? Then it hit me. It originally started as inserting myself into the world of The Maze Runner, and progressed from there. When I would work my summer job, I would daydream about the happenings, conversations, and friendships developing naturally over a period of time, and found myself engaged in the drama.
