Many pandemics gave birth to ghost towns; initially those towns were left to rot. But as time went by something mysterious started to happen in them. Strange lights were visible at night from far as if the town was functional again, celebrating some event. People started to go missing in nearby villages if they even milled around these abandoned towns.
Police were not able to locate those who had disappeared, so they decided to take help from a stranger who was rumoured to be some kind of expert in Ghost Town.

Welcome to Evergreen
During winter break, a retreat welcomes 20 students from a nearby city school into Evergreen, a small friendly mountain town known for it's scenic views and cozy inns sought after for the vacation vibe. Welcomed to take part in a retreat promoting mindfulness and self-growth, the students on this trip find this as the opportunity to do everything but that. On a hike, a group of students wander out to a nearby grotto where they discover a plethora of flowers. Entranced by their beauty, they decide to take some back with them. Within hours of this event, one of their chaperones falls ill. She becomes extremely irritable and erratic with everyone she encounters in town. Soon enough, other townspeople begin to fall ill with similar symptoms and this sends a wave of panic over the town and its inhabitants. The local sheriff decides to place a quarantine on the town to avoid new people from becoming affected and preventing those who are ill from leaving and possibly spreading the mysterious malady. It seems no one from the outside world is aware of what is happening and because people are succumbing to this mysterious ailment, there is no one making it down the mountain safe enough to reach someone for help. In the news, a huge storm is forecasted, thus the kids must decide whether to forge their potential fate or take the trip down.

In the small rural town of Sacherton, children have been going missing. Missing children, in general, were not difficult cases to solve, and they were definitely not worth nationwide attention in the media. What was different about this particular case, however, was that there was no evidence whatsoever as to how the children disappeared. There were no broken windows, off-looking people with masks, nor jammed door knobs. It was as if the children just turned into mist and evaporated in the middle of the night.Complete
