Jack doesn't talk much, he could be mute. Or he could be faking it. Only Slender Man knows how to communicate with this rebellious cannibal. Let's just say, Jack is rather difficult to read, his mindset is controlling just as much as his demeanor is.
I mean, how could you possibly tell if this killer wanted or needed something when he dons that blue mask of his?
Oh, don't get me wrong here, Jack is cold blooded, ruthless, sadistic and he doesn't give one shit for anyone, especially his victims. Don't let his quietness or 'innocence' fool you, once he's got you as a target there's no hope for you.
Jeff is the total opposite. Although Jeff doesn't show any signs of being sympathetic towards his victims, he does have his fair share of being loud, annoying, stupid and also very energetic. It's a first time thing when Slender Man tells both the killers to go on a late night mission. From getting a free ride on Jack's motorcycle to being threatened to get you're kidney removed, how crazy can things possibly get in one night?!

Creepypasta (Rewritten)
I know it's not mainstream or relevant anymore, but I still like Creepypastas. A lot. After I first heard of Slender Man, it didn't take long for me to find out that he was but a tiny piece of a larger puzzle. There were a lot of stories with many more characters that many people liked. But unfortunately, it took me years to find out why the fandom was dying: Many stories, like Jeff the Killer, Eyeless Jack, Laughing Jack, Play With Me, and so on, were flawed. EXTREMELY flawed. The characters' actions didn't really make sense, there were a lot of misspellings, poor grammar, and cliches that made them broken from the start. I wasn't capable back in the day, but now I will do my best to find the best versions of their stories from the internet (or write them myself) and publish them here. I hope what I'm doing is worth it. If you have any suggestions, please send requests, I'll happily take them.
