Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material. How will Sam, the little boy that HYDRA raised, adapt and survive all alone as always after all he's been thru? -I dont own any Marvel official characters, I am not a huge Marvel fan so I will get things wrong but I don't care I do it my way.
