What if Bones has another brother and what if he is her twin but she doesn't talk about him until she needs his help on a case?

Blake is Brennan's twin brother he is older than her by 5 minutes and very much likes to make that known. He is just as smart as his sister but he doesn't do the same job as Bones. When he got her call she sounded nervous when Bones asked him to come to her work for some help he immediately agreed to go.
