"Can you hear me?" she asked. No one answered. "I'm right here." Silence. Not even a glance. She swallowed hard. "Do I even exist to you?" The room buzzed with voices, laughter, conversations weaving around her, but not with her. "Say something. Anything." Nothing. She let out a shaky breath. "Maybe if I disappear, you'll finally notice." Silence again. "Left Unseen" is the story of those unheard, unnoticed-of voices lost in the noise, of people who feel invisible even in a crowded room.
