You're training to become a knight on Skyloft, but as soon as you graduate the academy, The Surface is opened to the public. Albeit grudgingly, you agree to take a job on the surface, only because the pay is much higher than what you could get on Skyloft. Though being a knight on The Surface means that you have to report to your sworn enemy, Link. You deal with his pestering until he sends you on a dangerous mission, probably to try to get rid of you. Monsters have been spotted around the Dark Forest, a dangerous wooded area between Eldin and Deepwood that not even Link has dared to venture into. You agree to the job, deciding that you could escape this job that you hate and live in the forest instead. No one would dare look for you in these uncharted woods and this mission would be the perfect alibi. Little do you know that in these dozens of acers, Hylia has something much larger in store for you.All Rights Reserved

The story of Ghirahim and Fi continues. Many years have passed since the world flooded and Ganon was sealed beneath the waves. Having no further duties as the Master Sword, Fi is reincarnated and given another life as a human. Ghirahim's situation, however, is complicated. He is alive, but not the same. Can he reawaken Fi's memories, and will she forgive him after everything he's done? Even then, how will their lives continue as they are? I wrote this a while back, but I have to say I'm still proud of it. Warning: There is fluff. XD No junk, but fluff. (I do not own The Legend of Zelda!) Hope you like it ^_^

The Legend of Zelda: Blood and Spirit by MiniJen

The surface was supposed to be safe again with Demise defeated, however, its anything but. In the shadows of the uninhabited land lurk rebel Sheikah, who call themselves the Dark Interlopers, who plot against Hylia's human reincarnation, Zelda, and her loyal hero, Link, in secret, building up power to take them both down. Around the same time, Link and Zelda come across a land parallel to the surface, a strange country called Termina, protected by the goddess Terminus. Terminus begs them to help her subdue the mighty Fierce Deity, who was once the goddess's hero before he was corrupted by the demon Majora. Link fights the Deity and defeats him, but he is wounded in the battle and filled with the demon's corruption himself. As he and Zelda return to their own land, the hero slowly starts losing himself mentally and physically, ultimately putting Zelda's life in danger as he tries to fight against something he cannot control. To make matters worse, the Dark Interlopers soon launch a massive attack against the two of them, capturing Zelda and leaving Link for dead. He is found and saved by the mysterious Sheik, the leader of the Sheikah who are still loyal to Hylia. With both the surface and the sky in great danger, the hero must fight to save them and the goddess once more, all while fighting the corruption that he is falling ever deeper into. Post Skyward Sword. references Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess. Rated T for violence, blood, and other things. Involves HUGE amounts of ZeLink shipping. Book 1 of the Bound Destinies Trilogy.
