In this world, people go completely mad over a game of sorts each year. This isn't an ordinary game, however. The game is blatantly rigged to favor people who have already gone through a world administrator program, even though many aren't accepted already, and everyone else is given the cold shoulder. The game is focused around 100 participants running around an arena which changes every year when the game is held, to prevent people from memorizing it. Multiple layers are stacked upon each other, all simulating different parts of the world where you're supposed to hide or run. 200 administrators are sent to hunt you all down, and the top ten are the only ones accepted into this world as a newborn "admins"...if they actually make it to the end without being caught, of course. Oh, and did I mention the stake for this was your very own life? At least the prize for the winners is worth it...
