Kimberly Jones is a 16 year old girl who is captain of Golden Oak High's girls basketball team. Brandon Jordan, a 16 year old boy, prefers to play video games than any sport. Brandon's not very popular in school and tries to hang out with the cool kids.

They set him up to sneak into the girls locker room. Brandon steals an old ring from the jewelry store in the mall. Unknown to Brandon though, the ring switches the body of the wearer and anyone he touches. An accident occurs, and Kimberly and Brandon switch bodies. The ring is no longer working, and Kimberly has a game coming up next month.
