Book one of the More Than A Gift series
Having beat out her older brother for the title as the newly minted Captain America, Thora Rogers-Barnes feels like she has to constantly prove herself. Prove to everyone that she not only deserves the ranking of Captain but that she, as a young woman, has what it takes to lead. So when a message directed towards her mother from the very people Elena ran away from over thirty years ago pops up, she is adamant that they check it out.
When tragedy strikes and Four's brother is murdered he's out for vengeance against the very organization that raised them. He vows to bring down the Crimson Sparrows once and for all. To do that, he seeks out someone who escaped their clutches long ago and has the power to get him what he wants. He sends Elena Rogers-Barnes, formerly Elena Alouette, an encrypted message to meet up. However when he gets there and it's the Rogers-Barnes' children instead Four goes with the flow, knowing it'll still work out in his favor. So he surrenders himself to the lovely Captain thirsty to prove herself.
The question is; can the both of them solely focus on the mission or will they give into the ever growing attraction that is slowly blurring the lines of captor and captive?

Two of A Kind
In this alternate universe, Loki is sent to Midgard after the fight over the Aether. The Avengers question the Allfather's sanity, but agree they would rather have Loki where they can keep an eye on him. So, after some extensive remodeling, the Avengers Tower and neighboring facilities are now an extensive training ground with everything they'll need to reform the once proud Asgardian prince. Thor is hopeful. He wants the brother he thought Loki was back. Clint (Hawkeye) is waiting for a reason to exact some much deserved revenge. Steve (Captain America) has hope that even the most hardened of evil doers can be changed for the better. No one quite knows what Natasha (Black Widow) is thinking. Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Scott (Antman) is under house arrest... at the tower. Wanda (Scarlet Witch) is still mourning her brother while nurturing a still very naive Vision. (Neither are living in the tower. Will only play small, fleeting parts in this story.) Dr Strange refuses to move into the tower. After all, it is more important to keep up with his work at the Sanctum. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story.
