In Devin McGowen's degenerative mind, adulterers are the worst of sinners. The famous horror movie director wallows in an ocean of alcoholism as he reels from his ex-wife's abandonment, but he soon finds a means of retribution. He stumbles across an ancient lamp containing a genie, salivating to grant him three wishes. A drunken wish leads to the horrors of his films casting judgment upon the sinners and saints of McAmbre General Hospital.

What would you do if you could make someone else see anything that your mind could conjure up? Would you make them see their long dead grandmother? The Devil? Or would you replace their entire sense of reality and put them in a totally bizarre dreamscape that you control. Crowley has this special gift. For as long as I could remember vampires ruled other humans. I found it that way and I believed that was an injustice. Not like I could do much about it. Once I turned of age, I would be sold as a blood slave, a pet and my life would possibly end. I never liked these creatures to begin with. Adding salt to injury I was bought by a royal vampire, the prince. I cursed the day I was born. Maybe not all vampires were the same, but for humans that was just wishful thinking. (This book has mature mentions, violence, blood, sexual scenes and mature content. Proceed with caution.)
