In Devin McGowen's degenerative mind, adulterers are the worst of sinners. The famous horror movie director wallows in an ocean of alcoholism as he reels from his ex-wife's abandonment, but he soon finds a means of retribution. He stumbles across an ancient lamp containing a genie, salivating to grant him three wishes. A drunken wish leads to the horrors of his films casting judgment upon the sinners and saints of McAmbre General Hospital.
