the face of blood

there is someone on the floor and a figure standing over them.
its dark and they have something in their hand.
someone's coming and there is lots of yelling,I fall on the floor and there's blood everywhere.
they are pressing something on my face.
it's flat and white.
they remove it and I figure out what it is.
then I'm left alone to die.
