Spottedleaf is now ThunderClan's deputy. However, danger still haunts the forest - closer than any cat thinks possible.
Tension builds as the chill of leaf-bare sets in, bringing with it a flurry of problems. ThunderClan is weakened by illness and tragic accidents, WindClan has returned to their rightful place on the moor, but they face threats at all borders, and the cats of RiverClan grow restless.
Some cats may not be as trustworthy as they appear, and an all-out war between the four Clans seems inevitable.
