Into the life term of a college student, Silvera Florentino, due to a serious heart condition. The day he dreads for has finally arrived to take him over, it's the last day of his tainted life. His doctor told him to prepare himself because he could die any moment within that day.

Having no one in his life, living alone in his dorm, and was steered by the intense anticipation for the upcoming new year, Silvera wanted to be joyful and to have fun instead of being sad and of grief. He told himself to be just as happy as possible because there was nothing that he should be sad of in the first place.

As Silvera prepares for the new year, he personally meets James Tierro, a fellow young man he befriended on social media who will accompany him in his remaining hours. James will teach Silvera to live and make the most of his remaining time in his last moments and to welcome the new year with a smile on his face.
