He talks with people with problems like move things with there minds and people that move things with head,hands and in this case eyes .
The doctor asks the girl to move the apple with there eyes and ,"wishhhhh." She did .the doter said what do you see ? Mirand answers," I see a dark place where the world crys with the wars ."the next thing she turned on the tv with her eyes and see that the twin towers had fallen .her mom is amazed of the powers the girl has ."boommmm!" The light goes off the doctor and mom don't see the little girl anymore.....
