COLE'S POV:

"What happened here?" Lloyd wondered aloud as the four of us wandered through the ashes. Fallen debris spread across the grassy floor, the snow forming a wide circle around the burnt wood as something poked out from beneath the plank closest. As I crouched down beside it, I saw a crushed and half burnt wicker doll.

"I think this was a village. . ." I muttered as I stood, showing the others the doll, absolutely clueless as the next ninja. "But. . . What the heck happened here?" 

"The village was attacked by the Hell Samurai." A mysterious voice called out as a figure showed itself. It appeared to an officer of some sort, wearing a ski jacket littered with tarnished pins and medals. His face was hidden by his hood and material mask.

"What?!" I demanded as the figure approached, his cold grey eyes shining brightly as I glanced from the figure, to my team and back nervously.

"You must come with us. You're questions will be answered after a chat with the Elders." The figure demanded as I heard rustling from the surrounding trees.

"No." Lloyd was the first to speak. His voice filled with defiance as he stepped forward. "We're here to-" Lloyd started but several figures jumped out from the trees and surrounded us. "What the-?"

"It ain't a request, sunshine!" The man barked as the other members pulled out small little nutlike items with pins impaled through the top. My stomach dropped as I stared at the items. 'Grenades! Who the heck are these guys?!'

She didn't mind the constant absence of her mother or the fact that the only living being who cared for her was her goldfish, Mr. Freddles. She learned to accept her life. She knew the things people at school and her mother pounded into her head were true. She was just a little nerd. But after a mysterious animal attack at her high school, everything changes and nothing makes sense anymore. The things she's read about in childhood fairy tales and seen on television are all true. ' She's here...' I opened my eyes to see a very familiar girl wearing a blank white mask. "So this is what you choose in the end?" I ask staring at her waiting for a reply. A haunting giggle filled my ears. That wretched laugh fill with dark magic. I quickly block the noise to keep me focused on the task on hand. "After everything, you choose to betray everyone who ever care for you and walk in the path of evil." She stops her laughing and tilts her head in confusion. The insufferable laugh return but was getting louder by the second. I cover my ears trying to block the horrid laugh, but it was no use. The girl quickly took a folding fan. The colors once a bright and colorful are now tainted in black. She ran towards me to strike a blow as her white mask starts to form words. 'Me, betrayed you? How can I, when there was nothing to betray.' [Edit: This story is really bad and the secondhand embarrassment will be unbearable in the first part of the story. A ton of spelling and grammar mistakes. I barely turned 16 when I wrote this so I didn't know anything about writing since this was probably my first time actually wanting and caring enough to try. Probably gonna rewrite this later.]

Probably to stifle a moan or something, I don't know. "We need to tell you something." "Promise us you won't freak out." Hunter said. I could feel his turquoise gaze looking down at me, but I just stared at the concrete floor and felt the water droplets from my hair drip onto my white dress shirt--wait, I wasn't wearing a dress shirt. Did somebody change me? Oh hell... "Oh yeah, I promise to trust my kidnapper." Cider huffed from right next to me, her words dripping with sarcasm. "Fine." Theo sighed. Gasps were heard throughout the room. I slightly glanced up, and instead of four boys stood four giant wolves. Cider and Elsie used their hands closest to Utica to stop her from blowing out our eardrums out with her scream. Once she quit, they let go, but that didn't stop the great Utica Ladino. "Holy sh*t!" Arianna, Utica, Elsie, and Cider are in for the ride of their lives after they meet the mysterious new boys at their school. Their normal lives turn a 180 just to see this new world of blood, laughter, fur, teeth, and crazy pregnant ladies.

I freeze in complete terror. Mr. Wood is not a gang leader to mess with. He's the most powerful mafia leader. If anyone mesees with him, they're kidnapped by someone and then never heard of again. If they do turn up, they're completely bloody, bones popping out of their skin, eyes stabbed or popped out of their sockets, face skinned off, and dead. Their face gets mailed to their gang to show not to mess with him. My heart starts racing in my chest. If we lose Mr. Wood as an alliance, we'll for sure get attacked by all gangs. He glares daggers at me as a bark fills the air. Hershey runs in the room and looks at me. He growls lowly at me before barking at Mr. Wood. "You better make a fast decision. Give up Dean. It's been almost a year since Nya left the team and merged with the sea. Ever since then Kai and Jay have not been the same. None of the ninjas have. But most of the others had learned to move past it. While Kai and Jay still have their moments of Grieving. Wu was worried about them. She could tell that they still were affected by her "death". Though she was still physically alive, the Nya they knew was no longer there; the Nya they loved was dead. But Wu's worries only grew when he left one day to go do his smoke visions in a more quiet and peaceful place. The other ninja had left to go do some work in Ninjago city while Kai and Jay stayed behind. The two boys recently have been near each other often. They seemed to be discussing something but none of the others would know what. As one of the others comes over they keep their mouths shut. Wu sat by the fire and meditated. How he would love to be able to see what has been going on in the two students' heads, but there was no possible way of doing so. He hummed as his smoke visions started to appear. Everyone was as happy as could be as expected but then the visions slowly started to darken... He awoke again with a small burst of panic but quickly calmed down, he knew to keep them safe. He had to prevent them from whatever they might be trying to do... Little did he know... he was already too late. What did Wu see? What is Jay and kai planning? And who may They be?

"Stupid bi*tch, get up" Mr. Ashford kicked me and grabbed me by my hair. "Please don't hit my kitsune, Arthur, I want her... fresh." Reynolds came to the back of the store too and our eyes locked. Well, at least for a second before I tried jumping on him to rip his head off; only if Ashford wasn't holding me by hair and a guard by the chains. Reynolds laughed and came closer. "It's like you know me" "Oh, I know you" I spat on his face and he wiped it with almost no emotion. Only his fangs betrayed how annoyed he got and the image stopped me from moving altogether.

And what felt like forever, you had a crush on him, but you didn't want to tell him, out of fear he didn't feel the same way. (In this story, when Cole goes away he isn't found by Sensei Wu till after you.) When one day, you went over to his house, and his Dad said that he had gone away to the Marty Oppenheimer School of the Art's, which didn't sound right. After a few months, weird stuff started happening to you. One day, you were approached by an old man, claiming that you were an Elemental master, and that you needed to train to be a ninja. At first you were sceptical, but after some thought, you went with him. After about a month, the man said he wanted you to meet some other people like you. You didn't know what you expected, but you didn't expect Cole to be one of the people you were to meet. The man probably didn't expect you to know any of the people, but when you ran up to Cole and hugged him, you could say, it took him by surprise. quick note, you have two brother's, one older brother, and one younger brother.
