The Hard Life

Elizabeth is a 16-year old girl who used to live a luxurious life. When her beloved mother dies, she and her father must move somewhere where they can afford, which is basically a nightmare coming true. She meets people who she had never sought to shake hands with before and goes through experiences that she never thought she would encounter. While her father turns to drugs and overly active sex, she must find a way to deal with her problems on her own, one of which is to find a way to fit in with her surroundings. Elizabeth loses all hope into living this way until she finds her own way to balance things: find love. This is a story of love and loss and a reality-check for some to realize the struggle that people go through living in a hard life that we may not even notice exists.
