Through some mundane, unknown circumstance, Charlie has been gifted with super speed and a need to fight crime. For reasons known only to her, she has decided that the Doña is her arch nemesis. What happens when a hardened modern crime boss finds out the hero trying to stop her is a child?

This is a very short story based in a world I wouldn't have written otherwise. I guess that's the point of writing prompts, to inspire the words and bring us out of our comfort zone. My comfort zone is dark and smutty and this story definitely isn't one of those.
As of 1-3-23 this story will be posted in its entirety. It's only five chapters, so there's no need to rush. The only warning I might put on this one would be for language, but that's absolutely nothing new with my stories.
I do hope you enjoy this little short. I did enjoy writing it. It's been edited for grammar and spelling, but not major plot or tone. While this is a complete thought, it leaves a lot open for interpretation and questioning. Who know, maybe it'll inspire someone else to write more in depth about the issues in this world.

It's not some regular mafia story you will read. The plot is little different from others.
