Leramenda Zeveraux was far from ordinary. She lives in a world where she is seen as a monster, an oculium, a person with the power to see the future, sense a storm coming from a mile away, and be one with life, but more importantly, with the death. One emotion too strong, and they can create tornadoes, or even blow up the Earth. She tries to learn how to control herself every day, with the help of her adoptive father, an oculium, and the security brought by the presence of her adoptive family.
But a new vision from her father shakes the earth, and now Lera must come face to face with those who abandoned her.
