Malleus is a top student, best of the best. Everyone sees him a prodigy, a golden boy, but he's still got so much left to live. Fears and insecurities of his own too. When he starts feeling a certain way towards his classmate he starts to think... "Why do I feel this way? Why is it him?" He of course has hidden all his life that he is a prodigy in all aspects of electronics, math, science and the like. Only his parents know, but they don't really care that much. They mostly just accept anything going on with their son, because he made the impossible possible since his first real invention, and they learned not to question it.
