The Doctor's Soulmate

Seraphine was an astronomer, ever since she was little she would look up at the stars and name them, even the ones people assumed didn't exist except for in her imagination. Everyone believed that if she kept looking up at the stars she would never find her soulmate. But all Seraphine had was the stars, well that and etched into her wrist the word 'Allons-y'.
