In edo period japan their is but many mages. all with their own unique abilities. War is coming, one must be prepared to die. Unless the prophecy is fulfilled.

Chaeyoung is a girl that comes from a respected family. when she was younger she was consider a cut above the rest. Many even called her a prodigy and believe that she could one day lead as the head mage in japan. But as she got older she changed.

Now she is being sent to a small rural town in the hopes of gaining back her spark. or at least thats what they told her. With the possibility of war right around the corner the country needs mages at their full capacity.
