Azur Lane: Konvergenz
Off the coast of Germany, three kansen sisters sailed in the darkness of the night. All three of them struck with curiosity. Following the trail of anomalous signals, they encountered something - unusual. Something that was not supposed to be there. Something seemingly defying all logic. Among the three sisters, one of them was especially affected by the sheer wonder the anomaly seemed to emanate. Anti-Aircraft frigate FGS Hessen, the third and final ship of the Sachsen-class, is among the most advanced kansen the German Navy has to offer. And yet, her curiosity proved to be her mistake. Accidentally getting too close for comfort to the anomaly, she was subsequently pulled in - resulting in her getting separated from her sisters and stranded in a seemingly familiar, but still foreign world - the world of Azur Lane. Stranded in a world where the concepts of modern naval warfare have been turned upside down, will she adapt by utilizing her technological advantage to the fullest and perhaps find a way home - Or will she sink to the bottom of the ocean, forever abandoned in a world not her own? Disclaimer: This story has been written as a first-timer in the huge domain that is story writing. As such, expect amateur/beginner-typical mistakes in plot and writing, as I still have much to learn/perfect. Update: Greetings! If you read this, it means the story has been completed. In the future, if I have the time, I will use what I have learned to rewrite this story in order to eliminate grammar mistakes, correct (but not completely change) a few plot elements, and completely annihilate all parts where 'script format' is used. After a massive fight in the Atlantic against the Sirens, she was called in for repairs, which took an incredible amount of time because of the insane amount of damage she took. Finally able to return, meeting new girls and old friends, she has stumbled into a war that she never signed up for. Welcome to Azur Lane High, a school where ship girls of all nations engage together in fierce training to do battle one day out on the open seas. Honing their skills and perfecting abilities. But right now the bigger problems they gotta face is school life and the problems that come with it. Such as, getting girlfriends, the social order of how popular you are, where you fit in, and most importantly making friends (if you can). In addition to actually doing school work, like homework, passing tests, those good old school projects, etc. First we're gonna follow 4 girls. Javelin, Laffey, Ayanami, and Z23 on their adventure together. (Of course there will be other ships but they won't be the stars sadly. But they will make appearances! When they relate to our 4 main characters). Just know that the school Azur Lane High has just been newly created and so, there will be nationalism coming into play as well as segregation bias and feelings. Ayyy it's just like real life where everyone technically is segregated and hang in the same groups that relate to them huh? Mental Cubes: The very material that Ship-girls began to appear after alien-like creatures called Sirens had appeared on Earth, had began to alter naval ships into their own human form to walk upon the planet as a last-ditch attempt to drive away the alien invaders. It led to the creation of the very alliance of humanity fighting together against the Sirens, known as Azur Lane. However, the split between the alliance's main 4, Eagle Union and Royal Navy to Ironblood and Sakura Empire is mainly on their beliefs. With the remains of Azur Lane taking on the Sirens with their own technology, while the other side known as Crimson Axis, believed that they can take on the Sirens with borrowed technology from their enemies, the Sirens, to use it against them. However, there was a slight error forming within the very material that made them into here, the Mental Cubes. And that would soon be evident regarding the appearances of Ship-Boys, the opposites of Ship-Girls due to that error. How would the entire history of Azur Lane be changed ever so slightly thanks to that small error? Azur Lane is owned and created by Shanghai Manjuu, Xiamen Yongshi.
