The Judge

Overview: For decades now, the city of Paris has lived under the sharp reign of Judge Claude Frollo, a man colder than the stone confines of Notre Dame herself. However, the frigid judge's disposition is to be shaken to its very core at the arrival of a beautiful woman.

Notes: Hello, so I shall make it clear here and now I love the Hunchback of Notre Dame, the book and all adaptations. And I will admit (confession time), the version that I most love is indeed the Disney one. I've never been a writer of fanfiction, but I guess this is what this is (horribly worded). And for me, Disney's version of Frollo is superlative. So, in short, my aim here is to rewrite my own version of the Disney adaptation, but have the main focus be on Frollo himself, and to further focus more on his and Quasimodo's utterly complex relationship. In other words, have this be a story of the mental deterioration of a psychopath rather than an ugly duckling story...I hope I haven't scared you off.
