Rico and his terrible parents move to Rome. He meets the happy Vita and they fall in love.
Vita can sometimes see colours, especially when she is with Rico. Rico can't see them, and he will never know true happiness without them.
Vita discovers that she has special powers that could help bring back the colours, but this won't be without sacrifices.
