Death goes by many names: The Grimm Reaper, Hel, Morana, Veles, The Shinigami; all of these are titles humans have given this inevitable phenomenon. However, there are also many unspoken names, those that no mortal has ever spoken or heard.
Kakrix is one of these unknown deaths, and yet he's also one of the most efficient at doing his job. For millions of years, he's taken the souls of the living and brought them to his world where they can be reborn, while also hiding a secret about his past.
However, things change dramatically when one of his friends drags him into the annual Soul Hunt competition. Now Kakrix finds himself having to participate in a contest, train a new death who may have more in common with him than he believes, and face both his past and an old enemy head-on.
