Whilst on a mission to take down a drug smuggler in Bolivia, CIA agents Agnes and Kay are compromised on their mission, losing half of their team. As they continue their journey through the Bolivian jungle, they're intercepted by Captain Steve Rogers and his comrade Jake Jensen who are on their own mission, having intercepted their radio transmission whilst being in the area.

As the two units merge as one, they quickly realise that they've both been set up. With one of the team carrying precious cargo and with enemies closing in, they only have two weeks to complete the mission.
