Lacey Mae Dutton- 28 years old. The Wife of Lee Dutton, mother to Evelyn Mae Dutton Ⅱ (7), Peyton John Dutton (5), and baby Dutton #3 (40 Weeks Gestation). Lacey has lived on the ranch since she was 5, when Evelyn Mae Dutton Ⅰ brought her home after Lacey's mother abandoned her and she became a part of the family. When Lacey was 9, Kayce and her began to see each other differently. When she was 10 they shared their first kiss. At thirteen Kayce took her out on their first date. At fourteen they said, "I love you". At fifteen they lost their virginities to each other. At nineteen they started having problems and ultimately broke up but she soon discovered she was pregnant. Only Kayce had already met Monica and married her in a rush. When Lacey told him she was pregnant he was already married and had a son on the way. So he chose Monica and Lee stepped up to help Lacey but shortly before Evelyn Mae Dutton Ⅱ was born Lee professed his love for her and she realized that she had fallen in love with him within the last nine months. So as they were swept up in a whirlwind romance they got married and her water broke during the "you may kiss the bride" bit. They haven't seen or spoken to Kayce or Monica in almost eight years.
