Gilden, an escaper of death and sorrow, has to suffer through even more unbearable pain just to see his lover's face again if even for a minute.

This story is about love coming to a halt and being regarded by another, tragic loss turned into a mournful passion. About a soul seeking warmth in the dark, but there is no warmth if there is no fire, and no fire if there is no light.

"The people in one's life may come and go, but the memories may not. When a loss is accorded many say you may enter a stage of grief and denial before moving on. What is to come without accepting what has come?

Maybe love is a wonder to the mind or just a maybe a trick show. Striping you of what you long for right as you get ahold of it. But then again the world has always been like that a place of hope and misery, leading us to the insanity of need and want, and not seeing what is to come with those things. I guess I'll never know, but I hope to figure it out before the tragedy of loss drives me to my breaking point. " (mc's pov)

P.S. ill edit the rest in later, and change the picture when I'm done making it.
