Mochizuki Rikona has always wanted to follow in her Pro-Hero parents' footsteps. However, with a lack of support from her family and Junior High peers, her vehemence fades, and the spark of passion she harboured for the society of heroes when she was a child became dim.

Though, after securing her place in the national school: U.A. High School, Rikona must fight through all the troubles and altercations she'll face along the way, all while a troublesome enigma is brewing in the air, one that could change the fate of the whole world if not recognised soon enough.
