Mature
Mateo and Elias have been best friends since they were little kids, they met in grade one while Elias was all alone in the corner of the classroom at recess with nobody, Mateo went over to him and started a conversation and they've been inseparable ever since.

Mateo grew up to be a popular basketball player in school, whilst Elias was a loner with no other friends who played guitar, only for himself and Mateo as he was too afraid to show anybody else his guitarist skills. But that never stopped Mateo from being his best friend, no matter how many stares they'd get in the halls because the "jock" and the "nerd" were talking, they wouldn't care.

Now as they've grown older and even closer, Elias realizes that he may have a crush on Mateo, although Elias could never tell him because he didn't know how Mateo would react to him being gay. Is there something more to their friendship that Elias doesn't see? Read more to find out<3
