it was the day of Athanasia's execution and she was going to be hanged but it was also the day she went into labor. Athanasia was pregnant with her daughter and on the day of labor she gave birth to her. Athanasia named her vanitas and gave her to her lover. the only people who about this were her nanny lily, her lover, and herself. her lover devastated left the obelia empire and started a new life, vowing to protect vanitas.
everything is the same as in the anime except vanitas is female and vanitas and noe are dating.
