The Prophecy of a Blade

In a world divided by race, a war between humans and faeries has raged on for centuries. In the small town of Shkoshtos, Laurette, a young Hybrid fights for her life and her rights. Hybrids, the golden-blooded race of fae, is seen as a curse, so the royal family intends to destroy them, one by one. But as Laurette meets the human prince of Astradith, Damian, who is a part of the royal family with a dark past. Their anger feeds off of each other's and their heartbeats seem to beat in sync. They form a bond like no other and plan to break their written destinies in imprisonment. However, when an old prophecy from when the war started comes out into the light, they will find out their destinies have been forever entwined.
