A story where two teenagers have an encounter after a disastrous hurricane hits Outer Banks

Younger sister to Sarah Cameron, Olivia's life hasn't been easy, having a dad but their dad was never present as a dad, they have many family issues which lies beneath them as they burry their pride to show wide smiles as the happiest and richest family in Outer Banks. Even with the built up trauma, Olivia has the biggest heart and very adventurous. She wants to help out as much as possible to others less fortunate than her.

Younger brother to JJ Maybank, kyles life has been quite literally a mess, Kyle and his brother are known as dirty pogues but when you really get to know them they actually have a heart (only if they trust you) They have been beaten and harassed their whole life, not having the best father is the source of their issues. They aren't as bad as what kooks make them out to be though, they care a lot about their friends and they are actually funny.

What happens when a hurricane occurs? When Olivia decides to go out and help the community? Will love land in their lap?
