Remnant is a land full of legends and stories. Some are more popularly known such The Story of the Seasons and the legend of the Silver-Warriors. However, there is one legend that has been long forgotten and buried deep in Remnant's history. This is the legend of The Grimm Hunter, a creature of terrible power that was believed to have terrorized Humanity before the four Kingdoms were established and shortly after Humanity discovered Dust. It's been depicted to be an amalgamation of different Grimm with the ability to absorb the life-force of any creature with a soul. Not only did doing so regenerate any dealt wounds, but also allowed it to convert it into dark and destructive energy. Even though The Grimm Hunter was a creature of darkness itself, it also slaughtered Grimm with the same level of ferocity it showed Humanity. However, just as it seemed The Grimm Hunter would eradicate all of Humanity, it vanished without a trace. Not many know what happened to it but the legend speculates that a squadron of Silver-Eyed Warriors defeated it. But, that's not the truth, now is it? Male Ruby Rose x RWBY
I was inspired by Darthjedi0's story that I decide to do it as well. This is a male Ruby reader story, one that is different than most. I am to make it to where it gives (Y/N) Rose was more compelling character and some more character motivation than anyone else. Making a cool twist of the RWBY canon that make sense to this character. Here Y/N Rose became a Huntsmen to bring his mother back home, and that is it. His motivation is to just bring his mother home. Along the way he will meet a bunch of people that will try to stop him and he won't allow it.
