There is a tree somewhere in the garden of HokuDawn, where some names are carved.

One name however is scratched out. You can't read it.
It seems as if it was removed intentionally.
There is a popular theory that these names were names of a friend group, who decided to carve their names into a tree for fun and for a joyful memory.
However, no. This isn't the case.
In this story, you are solving what 5 individuals have committed, what intentions do they have and why have they done it.
Along with that, this is a interactive novel, so it is up to you to make the choices.
