It all started with the transformer convention.
Only hand picked people are allowed into the building and they either get a dorm on the autobot side or depiction side some are in the nuetral dorms. It's just like school but you get taught about transformers past, biology, reproductive systems, fighting techniques and there weapons.
You also get taught how to use human sized transformers weapons I promise the book is better then the description so please read the book and if you like it leave a comment or vote.

Transformers Prime Lemons
