I don't own anything (besides Néra)!!! The cover belongs to the maker - no idea who it is :P - Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT are all owned by FUNimation, Teoi Animation, Fuji TV and Akira Toriyama.
Anyone who watches Dragon Ball Z or is interested in the show will know of Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks and co. But someone that wasn't mentioned was Goku's younger half-sister, Néra (pronounced "Nay-Rah").
She and Goku share a Saiyan mother, but their fathers are two completely different people, different species, and from different dimensions. Goku's father is Bardock, a Saiyan warrior from the Planet Vegeta who challenged the tyrant Frieza and was killed trying to avenge his friends who were brutally murdered by Frieza's men.
Néra's father is an Angel. Lord Senra, the Fire Elementrum and one of the four sons of The Creator, the Goddess Sen, from Other World. This means that while Néra has the powers of a Saiyan, she other powers too . . . some of these powers she has yet to discover.
We start our story when Raditz, Goku's older brother and Néra's half brother, arrives on Earth, in search of Goku, or Kakarot as his Saiyan name is.

Unwilling to subject her child to this harsh reality, Airil's mother, Maria, took it upon herself to shelter and educate him, teaching him the art of controlling his Ki and even the skill of flight. Maria herself was a full-blooded Saiyan, Airil owed his human heritage to his father, who was killed when Airil was born. In a fateful moment during one of their training sessions, two Saiyan guards inexplicably attacked Maria, threatening to expose their hidden existence. Overwhelmed and cornered, Maria's defenseless state triggered an intense surge of anger within young Airil. Suddenly, at the tender age of seven, Airil underwent a remarkable transformation, ascending into the legendary state of a Super Saiyan, a sight unseen among the Saiyans for over a millennium. The astonished and terrified guards hastily retreated, leaving behind a bewildered Airil, who, drained by the immense power, eventually succumbed to unconsciousness.
