Than on the colour palatte of an artist"
Grey, is a mixture of darkness and light, happiness and sadness, black and white. It is a peaceful place where one hides, cries, smiles laughs without anyone knowing. Grey is us.
We all are grey characters. Being a black or a white ( not about any race) causes more self harm than to others. We all have some good qualities as well as bad qualities. It all depends on who we are seen by and who we think we are.
This book would be a compilations of my poem, a place where I save my emotions to rest in peace rather than swirl in my head.

WARNING! This story was my first (unedited/draft). Grammer, plot, etc is messy so please beware! thank you :))) - He couldn't get enough of the emerald in her gaze. And the one colour she thought she'd be afraid of was a colour her heart was set to beat towards a million times a day. - 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙤 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙠. He is the most feared person in their town. Anyone who crossed his way was met with brutality and cruelty within him. He kills without remorse. But when he locks his grey eyes on a pair of green ones, everything he trained to become had vanished, because of her. 𝙇𝙖𝙮𝙡𝙖 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨. For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls. Art of Letting Go
" Let your heart grief, It's okay. It will heal eventually." Art of Letting Go captures the raw and authentic emotions of moments, a roller-coaster of feelings, and a definition of life to choose not to give up. This book was to give people a chance to relate themselves to the pages and dip themselves with emotions that involve grief, loss, heartache, abuse, and feeling lost in life. A glimpse of these pages may change someone's life by giving them purpose of hope and shed light in the darkest of their hearts. I wrote the "Art of Letting Go" about 3 years ago without an end because I never knew how to moved on from a chapter that felt like a never-ending cycle. I left the story feeling like it was untold. I found hope and my transfiguration in life to help others in search of the light again. In the experiences, challenges, and struggles that I faced over the years, I had to give this book an ending it deserved. We deserve closure, we deserve our voices and stories to be heard and to be told. After 3 years, I came back to finish a story that needed to be closed and a chapter in my life that needed to heal. I realized that I struggled to finish this because there were parts of myself that couldn't heal from the past. I struggled to break free from the pain and it always kept coming back. I was really lost at some point in life and I came back to re-reading my poems and reflected in them. I found pieces of myself, teaching me that I was already in the process of healing all along. I was fighting all this time. I was resilient from all the storms that I've endured. My point is, YOU are too. Whatever you are going through, your storms will wither away and you will find your ray of light again.Complete

I was two months in at my new job, when I had to fly to Florida to bury my grandmother. The night of her funeral, an overly hot man approached me while I was in the middle of trying to meet a deadline, wondering if I'd be interested in having a wild night with him. It had been a couple years since I Iast been with a man. I was pissed at my boss, and he was good looking, so I accepted his offer. Next, I emailed my boss telling him I wasn't making the deadline because I was going to get laid. And I did... lots of it. The next morning he was gone. Months later, I run into my boss--in the dark--on masquerade night at a sex club. Let's just say we had an interesting moment. After that I wanted to kill him more than I already wanted to.
